Click OTP verification, then enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number. Lastly, enter the Captcha to confirm you are a human and click on ‘Submit’.
You will receive an OTP at your Aadhaar-registered number. Enter it in the slot, then enter your registered mobile number. This is essential for verifying your identity.
After you are successfully verified, you can add your email address as a communication channel. You will receive a confirmation link, which, upon clicking, will confirm your address.
Once everything is verified, you can create your own ABHA address. This is similar to how you create an email ID. An example would be 'name12345@abdm'. Make sure to include at least 8 characters and at least 1 period for added security.
Now you can find your ABHA card by its 14-digit unique number and health ID. You can download this for easy online access or choose to print it out.
Using your mobile or Aadhaar is not the only way for an ABHA card online apply. Follow these steps below to use your driver's licence to apply for the card:
Instead of selecting the Aadhaar option, choose the driver's licence option. Then, enter your registered phone number, and accept the declaration.
Once you submit your details, you will receive an OTP on your phone number. Enter that in the slot, and then click on ‘proceed’.
Now, you have to enter your name, address, gender, and date of birth. Make sure that your driver’s license contains the same information.
You need to upload a scanned digital copy of your driver’s license. Make sure every detail is clearly visible. Follow the platform’s guidelines for uploading.
After verification, you will receive your ABHA number instantly. You can download a copy of your card or get a PVC printout.

The Government of India has already helped approximately 36 crore families through this scheme.
