1. Form number 20 – the application form for vehicle registration
2. Form number 21, i.e., the Sales Certificate
3. Form number 22, which is the Road Fitness Certificate to be received from manufacturers
4. A copy of the insurance certificate
5. Valid address proof for car owners, such as Aadhaar cards, ration cards, or utility bills.
6. Customs authorisation certificate with a licence, valid for imported cars
7. PAN copies of the vehicle owner with Form 60 or properly attested as applicable
8. Permit records applicable to transport vehicles
9. Parking charges
10. Invoice obtained from the dealer with the manufacturer
11. A passport-sized photograph of the vehicle owner
12. Valid proof of age of the buyer
