    Car Insurance OTS Feature Claim Settlement Process

    Step 1: Register on Bajaj General App

    - Download our Bajaj General App on your android and iOS device.

    - Register or login to access the Motor OTS feature of App to experience smooth car insurance claim process.

    Step 2: File Car Insurance Claim

    - Enter your policy details and the details about the accident (like location, date and time) in the Bajaj General App.

    - Save these details and click on Register button to file your claim and start your car insurance claim process.

    - You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile informing you about the claim registration number once you initiate the car insurance claim procedure.

    Step 3: Self-Inspect and Upload Pictures

    - Proceed to fill in the digital claim form and submityour NEFT details.

    - Upload the photographs of the damaged parts by clicking pictures from your mobile, clicked from different angles, as per the instructions given in the app.

    - In the next step, upload your RC (Registration Certificate) and driving license.

    - After scrutinizing the details and documents submitted by you, as a part of car insurance claim process, you will receive an SMS on your mobile, intimating you about the claim amount proposed by the insurance company.

    Step 4: Receive the Claim Amount Instantly

    - Use the link provided in the SMS to agree/disagree with the claim amount proposed by the insurance company.

    - If you are satisfied with the claim amount, click on agree button to receive the claim amount in your bank account.

    - If you are not satisfied with the claim amount proposed by the insurance company, click on the disagree button to receive a call back from our claim settlement team.
